  Muy ordenado y simple de utilizar. La limpieza de esta estación de tren es destacable. Lamentablemente el personal de atención al público no habla inglés, aunque con la reserva impresa es suficiente para retirar el ticket.

  Make sure to get there at least 1 and half hour before your departure time because it gets wayyyy too crowded in here. The lines can get super long and it's confusing which line you should go to. The workers don't wanna be there and you can just tell from their disgusting attitude toward you. There's absolutely no customer service. Workers roll their eyes back if you just walk towards them. Disgusting!

  As always in China this train station is well organized but crowded. You can reach by subway line 4 or 14 and it is very convenient to reach the waiting area at platform 2. Also there are a lot of restaurants of all kinds available. Local food as well as McDomalds, Burger king and Starbucks

  基建不错，但是商店东西太贵，让人没什么购买欲望。工作人员态度友好，很有朝气。 经过和北京站的工作人员对比，我要由衷的给北京南站的工作人员们点赞。2014年夏天我坐普通火车在北京火车站下车，火车站附近厕所的一个负责打扫卫生的老头子因为我不是本地人对我进行了一系列不礼貌的举动，这让我非常生气。几天后我去北京南站乘坐高铁时，北京南站的工作人员们对我非常礼貌。新建的北京南站高铁站在基础设施的建设上远远好过老旧的北京站，这倒是没什么稀奇的；但是北京南站的工作人员们透露着一股年轻的热情的朝气，这是很让我感动的。这也就是为什么我要给北京南站五星，北京站一星的理由。
