::Peace park that's usually not too crowded. Recommend renting a peddle or motor boat (depending on how much time you have) and do a loop around the pagoda.

::Beautiful and peaceful park. A nice break from the city. Plenty of public toilets, just bring your own paper.

::Amazing, you can feel the history before 200+ years, if you enter here. And you can touch, and see deeply, on your own, the history of old Beijing, old China. Important is, you can real to feel this feeling, it's different from just see the photo or text.

::We enjoyed a nice walk around watching the locals dancing. Also visited the double sided 9 Dragon Wall...impressive.

::Really pretty park! Definitely has some of the most beautiful views you'll see in a Beijing park. The white tower costs extra to be admitted to, and, in my opinion, you don't really need to bother with it. The park is plenty enjoyable without the extra.
