  Very nice hotel, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, well located, very good breakfast. Stayed there for four days in early May 2017.

  Having stayed at many different hotels in China, this place was bottom of the barrel. The breakfast was crowded, and the food began to run out about an hour before service concluded. The staff were abrupt and aloof. My girlfriend, who is Chinese, was treated somewhat disparagingly by the staff as well when trying to check in. Wifi was very mediocre. The one redeeming quality was the laundry service, which was very good, although the same exorbitant rate as other laundry services in Beijing. (Why there aren't coin laundries/laundromats is beyond me). Is located fairly near to locals attractions but really, you can do better

  Stayed here for a weekend in Beijing. This hotel was terrible. Room was very hot and the staff laughed at me when I complained. The staff were very rude and unhelpful for a number of issues. I've stayed in hostels that had more comfortable rooms and better staff. The hotel lacked many basic things like wifi The staff ignored our do not disturb sign on the door and entered the room anyway.
