::Poor check-in experience. staff could barely speak English (was passed around until one was brave enough to talk to me). Took ages to get to me (4 of them, and I was only one waiting). Then she couldn't find my Chinese visa in my passport and I had to show it to her! For an IHG hotel, very disappointing experience. Room was nice (got upgraded to a suite) but a bit dated (how many hotels still have CRT TVs??). Breakfast was OK.

::Came here for business, big rooms, clean, standard breakfast. has a pool and a bar in the steak restaurant. not much around near the hotel though, as it is mostly a business hotel.
