  設備很舊根本算不上五星級飯店，房間裡柜子都有破損痕跡，床還好。下午兩點到了還不能進房子，再問之下就直接給我房卡，結果到了房間時清潔人員還在打掃！健身房還好，但游泳池有一陣怪味。

  Nobody speaks an accepable level of english and staff are extremely unhelpful. We tried to go out for dinner on a Friday night and spent 40 minutes waiting for a taxi. Terrible terrible terrible! Also, the rooms smell like cigarettes. Will never come back here, the Intercontinental is the better hotel.

  廁所有煙味，大廳氣派，客房有冷氣，提供洗衣服務，早餐可以外帶，有冰淇淋和麵食吧，但沒什麼好吃的。夜晚Room Service 很貴，盡量去附近超市購買。客房具有浴缸和淋浴。

  Everything exceeded our expectations. Loved the room, the food, and the setting. Front desk Joel was wonderful. He went out of his way to help us with all our needs. His service was superb in all areas. Thank you for making our trip special.
